1. License Agreement

By purchasing a Flux license, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software for the duration of your selected plan. This license is for personal use only and is bound to a single hardware ID (HWID).

2. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate and permanent prohibition from Flux, without refund:

Key Sharing — Your license key is for your use only. Sharing, selling, trading, or distributing your key to any other person is prohibited.
Reverse Engineering — Any attempt to decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the Flux software or its components is prohibited.
Scamming — Using Flux or any associated services to scam, defraud, or deceive other users or third parties is prohibited.

3. Refund Policy

All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund. Your license activates upon first use — please ensure you are ready to use the product before purchasing.

4. Enforcement

Violation of any of the above terms may result in:

Permanent prohibition from Flux with no refund
Revocation of your license key
Ban from the Flux Discord community

Flux reserves the right to prohibit any user at any time for conduct that violates these terms or is deemed harmful to the community.

5. Availability

Flux is provided "as is" with no guarantees of uptime, availability, or performance. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the software at any time without prior notice.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Flux after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

When you purchase a Flux license, we collect:

Email address — provided at checkout, used to deliver your license key
Payment information — processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details
Hardware ID (HWID) — collected when you activate the software, used to bind your license to your device
Discord username — if you redeem your key in our Discord server

How We Use Your Information

To deliver your license key via email
To verify and manage your license
To provide customer support
To prevent abuse and enforce our terms of service

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Stripe — for secure payment processing
Discord — for community support and key redemption

Each service has its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing them.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with any third parties beyond what is necessary to provide our services as described above.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your license is active or as required for business and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us via Discord.
